Slump

I think I’m in a funk. It’s been very gray and rainy and just blah lately. I have seasonal affective disorder so I always get bummed in the winter. I think maybe I also miss Sean, I got kind of used to having him around over the holiday vacation. I can’t seem to get excited about anything or get myself to work on any of the projects I have going, which stinks because thier good projects.

Lets see, what’s going on at my house… A couple nights ago we had to call the cops. It was midnight and we were about to go to bed when we heard somone outside yelling and banging around. I didn’t think much of it until the guy went up to the apartment across from ours and started throwing himself at the door like he was trying to break in. He went on cussing and screaming and banging for awhile until finally he passed out in the yard drunk as a skunk. We only called the cops because A. we thought he was trying to break in and B. we thought he might of hurt himself when he fell into the yard and didn’t get up. Turned out it was the guy who lives there. If we had recognized him we would have just helped him inside but he was wearing a ball cap and a baggy jacket. I hope he’s ok now.

My leg is getting better. The bruise looks gross but you know how it is with bruises, the worse they look the more thier healing. It still hurts like a *bad words deleted* but I’m sure it’s fine. In other health news I think I have a luteal phase defect. I’m not going to go into details cause I know you’re sick of hearing about my fertility problems but the short of it is that I need more tests, more invasive procedures and probably more drugs. Weee!

Samhain has discovered the joy that is marshmallows. He stole one off the top of my hot chocolate and ate it so I have him one and he played with it for a solid half hour. Eventually he lost it and came crying to me for another one. The original one was lodged in his fur. Here are some adorable pictures of him playing with it.

Sean’s parents sent us a box of stuff which was very nice of them. Last but not least our super nice postman left us a card thanking us for the giftbag. There’s nothing better than a good postman. Good luck and blessings, Prana
